AllergyCard iOS App Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the AllergyCard iOS app.

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose of the App

AllergyCard helps users create, display, and speak food allergy information in selected restaurant languages. The app is designed for clear communication with restaurant staff while traveling.

The app does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, meal recommendations, or food safety guarantees. You are responsible for deciding whether to eat any food and for seeking medical advice when needed.

Your Data

Allergy card information you create in the app is stored on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, your app data may sync through your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud service.

We do not operate a server for storing your allergy cards and do not access the allergy information saved in the app.

In-App Purchases

The app may offer optional in-app purchases, such as voice playback or additional card features. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Refunds and billing issues are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.

No Emergency Service

The app is not an emergency response service. Emergency information shown in the app is provided for communication only. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The app, design, text, software, and related materials are owned by High-tech Zone Runlin Software R&D Studio or its licensors. You may use the app only as permitted by these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that translations, speech output, or displayed information will be understood by every restaurant staff member or prevent allergic reactions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
